On May 29, 2025, in Hanoi, the Party Cell of VNU Center for Education Accreditation held its second Party Cell Congress, term 2020-2025.

The Congress was attended and directed by Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai, Deputy Secretary of VNU Party Committee, Vice Director of Vietnam National University. Also in attendance were leaders of the VNU Party Committee's Organization Board, the Party Committee Office of VNU, the VNU Party Committee's Boards, delegates from the Party Committee of the University of Law, the Party Committee of the VNU Institute for Digital Learning and Testing, and several organizations and units within VNU.

On the side of VNU - CEA, there was Assoc.Dr. Ta Thi Thu Hien - Director of VNU – CEA; Assoc.Prof., Dr. Dinh Van Toan - Deputy Director of VNU - CEA; and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dinh Van Dung, Vice Chairman of the Management Council. The Congress was attended by 14 Party members of the Party Cell and officials and employees of VNU-CEA.

The 2nd Congress of the VNU Center for Education Accreditation Party focused on assessing the implementation of the Resolution of the 2020-2025 term, the Mid-Term Conference Resolution of the Party, and discussing and contributing to the development orientations and objectives, as well as the key tasks and solutions of the Party for the 2025-2030 term.

The Congress elected the new term (2025-2030) of the Party cell committee and delegates to attend the 7th Vietnam National University Party Congress.

The Congress voted to approve the Resolution, reflecting the determination, solidarity, and consensus of all Party members in the Branch to strive for the successful implementation of the set goals and tasks for the 2025-2030 period.
